As Vice President at Capital Investment LLC, Justin brings over seven years of demonstrated experience in the commercial real estate industry to the firm’s newly launched Miami office. Justin began his career specializing in tenant representation services helping office space users throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He transitioned into Director and Manager roles focussing on acquisitions and dispositions which played a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
At Capital Investment LLC, Justin leverages this dual background to drive growth opportunities in the energetic South Florida market, bridging the needs of investors, tenants, and property owners with a focus on long-term value creation. As the firm expands its regional footprint, Justin is extremely excited to help lead initiatives in Miami, contributing to Capital Investment’s mission of delivering strategic, data-driven real estate solutions.
Justin graduated from Radford University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Pre-medical studies. He enjoys running, playing pickleball, swimming, and attending musical events in his free time.
