Cason Chatham

Real Estate Associate


Cason Chatham is a third-generation real estate professional, whose time as a humanitarian fixed-wing pilot and later as a Commissioned Officer in the NAVY Reserve helped inspire his love for geography, real estate, and risk analysis. He thrives on offering his clients bespoke Commercial Investment services in the acquisition, disposition, and development of properties
that exceed their investment and usage needs, by being intelligently focused, innovative, and trust-worthy. His goal is to help everyone elevate their place in the world.

Cason has over $200 million in real estate transactions, representation, underwriting, market research, and financial analysis for multi-family, medical, industrial, office, retail, and land (i.e. Trader Joe’s, Publix Shopping Center, Class A urban core apartments, and investment grade medical properties). In addition, he provided representation and consulting on a $110 million
1031 Exchange, to include navigating IRS regulations and time restraints, market assessments, and deep financial analysis on properties to determine the greatest possible returns within the
risk tolerances of the client.

He has a master’s degree in Global Affairs Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a B.S. in Building Construction Contracting from Georgia Southern University, and extended theological training from Prairie Bible College in Canada and the C.S. Lewis Institute in Atlanta, Ga. Most importantly, he has been married for 25 years to Katie Chatham and has four wonderful children. As a family they lived in Afghanistan for almost 4 years. He currently holds a Real Estate license in Virginia, Georgia, and Florida.
