Monique Fray is the HR and Organizational Development Manager at Capital Investment LLC Part of the organizational development is hosting professional and social networking events to enhance business development and team engagement.
She is comfortable at the forefront of change with the goal of creating an impact, building relationships, connections, partnerships with individuals and organizations.
Previous positions held were executive liaison working alongside Executives, Board Members, Corporations, Thought-Leaders and Innovators, as well as Special Advisor to CEO of Public relations focusing on culture, trade, philanthropic, diplomatic programs, and Business Development in Washington DC.
She is also the Washington D.C. City leader for Founders Live – an early entrepreneurs platform.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington D.C. Campus as well as a BPsych (HONS) from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. In addition, she is an alum of the Common Purposes Meridian leadership program.
