David Krucoff has a broad range of experience, including 15 years focused solely on commercial real estate. With an excellent track record of representing tenants, users and investors in the commercial real estate marketplace, Mr. Krucoff works closely with his clients, representing tenants and landlords for their office, industrial and retail leasing needs. He also has considerable experience in owner/user acquisition and investment property acquisition and disposition.
Mr. Krucoff has assisted many of his clients in acquiring numerous investment properties. Many of those transactions incorporated sale proceeds from 1031 exchanges. He has assisted many users ad owners of local industrial real estate.
Previously, Mr. Krucoff owned Panorama Wholesale Bakery, where he developed his understanding of business and real estate from an owner’s point of view.
David Krucoff is a licensed real estate agent in Washington, D.C. Maryland, and Virginia. He served on the Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, 2010-2011, Real Estate Committee Chair
Mr. Krucoff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics.
